Meet Karina Serrano
Founder & Lead Designer, Wealth & Legacy Realty
My journey began in my father’s construction business, where I learned the anatomy of a home from the ground up. I didn’t just see finishes. I understood foundations, framing, and the craftsmanship behind every wall. That early exposure gave me a rare perspective: true luxury begins with what’s built beneath the surface.
As I stepped into my independence, design became personal. I found joy in styling my own home and transforming spaces for the people I love. What started as passion evolved into purpose. I formally studied interior design and worked within the industry to refine my expertise, blending technical knowledge with elevated aesthetics.
Alongside my design career, I spent over a decade in the financial industry, including serving the state as a Financial Analyst. That experience strengthened my understanding of budgeting, forecasting, asset management, and long-term investment strategy. It shaped the way I approach every project not only through a creative lens, but through a financial and structural one as well.
Today, I design and manage properties with both beauty and performance in mind. I believe luxury is more than appearance it is strategy, stewardship, and the feeling of walking into a space that reflects who you are while supporting the legacy you are building.
